Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date entered on the Voucher. All events and experiences are listed on the website. The gift vouchers cannot be redeemed against events which are organised by third parties. Contact Duane and an in-house reservation will be made for you.

If event ticket is greater than the value of the Voucher the outstanding amount must be paid by cash, card, or cheque. If the event ticket is less than the value of the Voucher you will be reimbursed with a second voucher.

The voucher cannot be redeemed for its monetary value.
